Ashraf Rusheidat

Ashraf Rusheidat is the Founder and Managing Partner of BGMC, an Amman-based finance transformation and FP&A boutique serving clients across Jordan, the GCC, and Iraq. He founded the firm in 2024 on a simple conviction: that the standard of finance work delivered to sovereign entities and listed corporates should be available to the wider market, delivered by the person who sells it.

His register is the argument. As Finance Director of a SAR 1bn+ Vision 2030 multi-sport national games programme, he owned the operating budget in full and led cross-functional budget governance under ministerial oversight. For a KSA sovereign-level authority, he led the transformation of the finance operating model: policies, delegation of authority, organisational design, reporting frameworks, and ERP validation, as one programme. For a sovereign events investment fund at launch, he built the finance function from nothing under a build-operate-transfer mandate, recruited the team, directed the business side of the Oracle ERP programme, and handed a working function to permanent leadership. His enterprise dashboard estates, eight serving a GCC central bank and twelve serving a KSA national utility, carry performance reporting for institutions at national scale.

Before and between these mandates, he held finance leadership inside industry: at a regional listed pharmaceutical manufacturer, where he ran budgeting, forecasting, costing, and capex feasibility for manufacturing operations, and at a regional FMCG group, where he led workforce budgeting and compensation governance at group level.

His career began at PwC Middle East in the audit practice, and he returned to the firm years later to deliver finance transformation engagements for government and enterprise clients across the GCC before founding BGMC in 2024. He holds a degree in International Accounting from the German Jordanian University, studied at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and works in Arabic and English.
